I started this wonderful business after leaving a stressful profession as a teacher behind in order to support myself and others in better mental and physical well-being.   After seeing the benefits of self care, healing and stress management first hand, I am passionate about helping others to find time to relax,  ease pain and tension and take care of ourselves. 

I offer mobile Massage Therapy , Reflexology and Aromatherapy Massage  treatments in the comfort of your own home, providing a stress free and easy way to have professional treatments without needing to leave home.  I cover a range of areas from Brighton along the south coast and all of my massage treatments take place in your home, making it even easier to access professional treatments without the stress of travel and parking!
